Daily tool talks are quick meetings that serve as a refresher for our experienced technicians, as well as a training opportunity for newer team members. By discussing proper tool usage, hazard identification, and safe working practices, we ensure that our employees have the knowledge and skills they need to perform their tasks safely and effectively.
Our telecommunications team is equipped with an extensive range of PPE, including hardhats, harnesses, gloves, eye protection, and high visibility apparel, to ensure their safety while performing tasks that involve a certain level of risk.
